50% of total payment is due at time of booking, second payment is due 30 days prior to check-in. Payment is due in full if booking within 30 days of check-in.

 Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid, if cancelling between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Any traveler cancellation less than 14 days prior to check in is non-refundable.  

Due to the possibility of travelers becoming ill, changes in travel restrictions, flight delays/cancellations and other unforeseen events that may necessitate cancellation prior or during your stay, travel insurance is highly recommended. Here are several choices of Travelers Insurance Companies.
