There is one SmartTV situated on a swinging mount that allows viewing from the couch or the bed. Select YouTubeTV for local and favorite network channels. Other pay networks such as Hulu, Paramount, Netflix, etc. are available with your login and password. Don't forget to logout of any personal accounts. Notify us if there is a particular App you would like added on the TV.

We make every effort to provide you with working and well maintained bicycles, kayaks and a golf cart, however unforeseen maintenance or breakdowns can occur, availability of these items is not guaranteed. There is a portable 2 burner induction cooktop located in the lower cabinet to the right of the sink. Induction cooking uses electromagnetism to turn cooking pans into cookers (creating heat energy inside the pan itself, instead of firing it in from outside), the pans in the cupboard are compatible to work with this cooktop. OUTDOOR GRILL - There is a propane grill on the Cabana deck. This grill is exclusively for our Cabana guests. In the event the tank is depleted, there is a spare located in the EAST garage. Please clean and re-cover grill when done.

The Sunset Pier This is our 120' private pier, a place to view beautiful sunrises and sunsets, a place to fish and watch dolphins, manatees and aquatic wildlife.
Boat Docks The boat docks and a fish cleaning station are located just past the pier, the boat and lifts located here are not to be boarded or tampered with. If you have a vessel

Fishing Poles & Tackle are available for our guests located in the EAST garage. Please return in "as found" order when done.
Pool Accessories located in a larger wicker box near WEST garage door.
Ice Machine located just inside the door of the WEST garage.
Washer & Dryer located in the shop, between the 2 garages, detergent provided.
Sunscreen and Bug Spray Located in a bin on the table between the garages.
Hammock between 2 Palms at the SOUTHEAST corner of the property directly behind the Cabana. Relax and enjoy!
Trash and Recycle bins are located in the EAST garage.

November thru April, Villa Key West and The Coconut Cabana is home to our annual event YoloFest and monthly concerts. You are invited to join us. Shows are outdoors, poolside, we bring in songwriters and national acts to our Cabana Stage. Check our current CONCERT SCHEDULE

Do not make the bed. Please strip linens and pillowcases, leave on the mattress. Leave used towels and washcloths in the shower.
Dispose of food items that cannot be taken and may spoil. Unopened beverages and food items may be left in refrigerator. Return items such as fishing poles, kayaks, life jackets, pool accessories to the proper areas.
Lower umbrellas and check area for trash, towels, or personal belongings.
Make a final inspection, check drawers, look for charging cables, check bathroom for personal toiletries.
Set thermostat to 78 degrees, turn off lights, leave key on kitchen counter and doors unlocked.
Take trash and/or recycle to the receptacles in the EAST (golf cart) Garage.
