The 'Lectric Lizzy (Golf Cart)

St James City is a Golf Cart community. Included with your stay is the stylish "Lectric Lizzy golf cart. Visit the quaint town, fun restaurants and businesses, meet other locals, explore the neighborhood (limited from sunrise to sunset).


Two kayaks are available to explore the beauty closeup from the waterside. Launch from the properties "Kayak Dock" on San Carlos Bay.  

All state and federal boating regulations and laws must be followed. Swimming adults only. Watch this video BEFORE attempting to use any kayak.


Use our provided bicycles (3) and take the challenge of the 13.7 mile Pine Island Bike Trail from St James City to Bokeelia at the north end of the island. Bring lots of water and don't forget...once you get there, you have to get back! More trail info here


Fish the fertile waters of San Carlos Bay...No boat needed! Redfish, Snook, Mangrove Snapper, Trout, Spadefish and many other species scour the shoreline. Fishing rods and tackle provided.
